In just over 20 years Burbank has grown from the small but robust building development concern headed by step-brothers, Eddie Sanfilippo and Eddie Puhar, into Melbourne’s market leader in medium density housing and an influential property developer Australia-wide.

Once concentrated solely in Melbourne’s western suburbs, Burbank now has numerous display centres throughout the metropolitan area, including substantial developments in the city’s south eastern corridor, inner-west and regional Victoria.

It owns medium density property holdings on Queensland’s Gold Coast, Port Douglas and provides a complete portfolio of property-associated services including National Pacific Financial Services, Burbank Electrical and Maintenance and Burbank Plumbing. Burbank’s helicopter offers a flight charter service as part of Burbank Aviation, and has resort interests including one of Australia’s international tourism and heritage icons, Mt Buffalo Resort.

An impressive leap for two brothers who combined their compatible expertise to pursue a shared dream – to build great Aussie homes. As Joint-Managing Directors of the Burbank Group, Eddie Sanfilippo’s accreditation and experience in accounting and finance continues to complement Eddie Puhar’s 25 years hands-on experience in building and construction. Together they head a multi-disciplinary executive team and a 300-plus ‘family’ of highly skilled and dedicated personnel.
