Jarrod Sanfilippo

Managing Director

Burbank Group

Jarrod leads Burbank with over 10 years’ industry experience and has been involved in all facets of the Burbank Group of Companies’ many projects and developments. A decade of experience outside the family business with Holden provided Jarrod with an enhanced understanding of corporate structure, procedure and the discipline of targets and deadlines.


Jarrod’s leadership strength has further grown through his father’s mentorship and an appreciation of the Burbank vision for the most part of his life.


His active participation on a number of industry committees and boards has assured the latest ideas, technologies and strategies are applied to the day-to-day practices of the group.


Tamara Sanfilippo

Associate Director

Tamara Sanfilippo is no stranger to the home building industry, having been immersed in the Burbank family business from a young age. From watching her father Eddie Sanfilippo – together with her brother Jarrod – develop Burbank into one of Australia’s leading home and property groups, Tamara stepped into the role of Associate Director of Storage Box in early 2016, bringing with her over 20 years’ senior management experience across the early childhood education sector. Now adding the role of NPF Associate Director to her portfolio, Tamara looks forward to applying her strong training, business development and strategic planning skills to take the already successful NPF team to the next level.

 

Natasha Sanfilippo

Associate Director

Digital Minds Software Solutions

Having grown up watching her father and brother turn a small family business into a national industry icon, Natasha Sanfilippo knows a thing or two about the world of construction. With a background in varying areas of nursing, Natasha has spent the last 24 years of her professional life in varied roles within the Disability Sector of the Department of Health and Human Services. Now however, Natasha has immersed herself in a whole new endeavour, embracing her new role as the Associate Director of Digital Minds Software Solutions. Though vastly different from her health sector origins, Natasha’s impressive managerial skills and her willingness to learn have placed her in good stead for her new career. Natasha has grand plans of expanding DMSS internally, hoping to one day create opportunities to gain company exposure to the wider world.

 

Mark Bisby

Managing Director

Dynamic Trade Solutions

With over 25 years’ experience in the construction and electrical industries, Mark Bisby brings a wealth of knowledge to the Burbank Group. Having founded Dynamic Trade Solutions in 2001, Mark holds accreditation in a wide range of specialist services, and leads a multi-faceted team servicing high profile clients such as Telstra and Crown Resorts, as well as emergency services and government organisations. Mark’s focus on training and leadership extends beyond his staff to the wider industry, and he holds advisory positions with various professional organisations including the National Electrical and Communications Association (NECA).


Paul Franze

Manager

Storage Box

Paul Franze has over 17 years’ experience in the self storage industry and holds tertiary qualifications in both computer science and mathematics. Paul has played an instrumental role in the growth of Storage Box, helping to develop the business from 260 storage units to 386, and more than doubling the business’ monthly income in recent years. Paul is passionate about customer service and prides himself on delivering an outstanding customer experience, together with expert advice.

 

Stephen Noonan

General Manager

Beacon Building Services

Having grown up in a family of builders, Stephen Noonan’s passion for the industry was instilled in him from an early age. Equipped with a Bachelor of Engineering (Structural Engineering), Steve began his career as a Graduate Design Engineer in Dublin, in a large multi-national consultancy where he worked on numerous large scale projects across the city.

 

Eventually moving to Australia and transitioning into project management, Stephen first joined BBS in 2015 as Operations Manager of NSW. His advanced skill set saw him quickly advance in the company, where he today holds the title of National Manager of Beacon Building Services. Citing problem solving, organisation and strategic planning as his strengths, Stephen brings to the Burbank Group a wealth of experience and industry insight.

 

Tyson Jansen

Chief Information Officer

Tyson Jansen has more than 15 years’ experience with Burbank as the Chief Information Officer. Prior to starting with the Burbank Group, Tyson spent 11 years in the Royal Australian Navy, helping him develop strong operational skills, with proficiencies in leadership, business negotiation and decision-making. Furthermore, Tyson has completed his MBA, Business Management with the Australian Institute of Business. Tyson is well versed in the building industry and passionate about improving the Burbank Group business models. Tyson’s focus is to deliver corporate strategies by leveraging resources in information technology, research, design and development, estimating systems and business information modelling.

 

Michael Battistella

National Manager Business Development

Burbank Urban

Michael Battistella has more than 20 years’ experience in the building industry, with the past 8 spent at Burbank, initially as the Manager New Projects. Michael established Burbank Urban in 2017 and built the team into Melbourne’s prominent medium-densisty builders. His key areas of expertise include overseeing built form development outcomes, building positive relationships with key stakeholders in the public and private sectors, and implementing quality-assurance protocols. In his role with Burbank Urban, Michael is delivering a pipeline of projects in excess of $100 million, and developing long- and short-range forecasts to ensure project pipelines are consistent with the Group’s overall growth strategies.

 

Ilya Iliadis

General Manager

Ilya has more than 25 years’ experience in the property development industry, combining cross-functional expertise in acquisitions, development management, planning and feasibility. His strong commercial acumen and ability to structure complex partnerships, within government, public and private sectors, has led to successful development outcomes for multiple stakeholder groups. In his current role, Ilya is responsible for overseeing all property development projects (residential and mixed use) from acquisition and feasibility through to project delivery.

 

Frank Perconte

With over 20 years’ experience in the finance industry as a broker and a manager, Frank has taken charge of some of the largest broking groups in the country.

 

Specialising in construction finance, Frank has found strength in developing small teams and expanding them to large cohesive workforces. Exemplifying this with his 6 years with NPF, Frank has helped grow the business from $100 million in loans to over $1 billion in 2021.

 

While these financial results are amazing, his passion remains turning people’s dreams of home buying into a reality.
